At The Fleece Company, we want you to be completely cozy with your purchase; if your home textiles aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

  Package and Ship

  Place your items inside the box, ensuring all original inserts are included, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned fleece items within 5 business days of arrival, and your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
